How it Works?
Meet Regularly
Clubs meet three times a week in a familiar, predictable rhythm.
Two Activities per Session
Each session includes one movement activity and one engagement activity.
Consistency Over Intensity
No single session does everything. Benefits come from routine and repetition.

Movement Activities

All movement activities are chair-based, guided, and designed to build confidence — not push limits.

Chair Yoga
Gentle stretches and breathing to improve flexibility, balance, and relaxation.
Chair Bollywood Dance
Seated rhythmic movement with familiar Bollywood music to improve coordination and mood.
Chair Strength
Light resistance using bands or small weights to support strength, posture, and daily movement.
